It will set up digital commodity collection centres in the selected villages. The digital commodity Collection centres, or D3C, will be equipped with ERP-enabled modern weighing machines, cleaners, and quality testing infrastructure to ensure a fair and transparent transaction system with producer members. It aims to empower its shareholders by increasing their living standards on financial, economic, and social aspects.

Badayuni Mahila Kisan Producer Company Ltd was incorporated on May 20, 2021, and it follows the design features of the FDRVC-recommended Farmer Producer Company. These design aspects ensure that operations are transparent and fair, that governance is objective and inclusive, and that professional management is inducted. Our Producer Company can only accept members/shareholders who are active farmers. Farmers who own property or leased land from any source can join the Farmer Producer Company. For transparency and effective management, the organization uses technology in data gathering, administration, and payments.

Chambal Mahila Kisan Producer Company would procure Millets and Mustard from its member- owners at the prevailing market prices. Its warehousing and trading and subsequent processing in factories. The producer company will bypass the Brokers/Commission Agent, Mandi, Trader and Processors to undertake the value chain activities like aggregation, procurement, storage/warehousing, primary processing (cleaning and grading) and form value addition in the case of Mustard by engaging a third party processor. The procured and cleaned crop and processed oil would be sold to the distributors, traders and processors in and around Morena, Sheopur and Gwalior.
